The 2018 Chablis Mont de Milieu 1er Cru offers terrific precision and brightness, especially within the context of the year. Persistent saline notes, orchard fruit, spice and flowers give this mid-weight Chablis quite a bit of nuance as well as character. There is certainly plenty to like. (Drink between 2019-2026)
