Pale yellow with green tinges. Very fresh aromas of citrus, gooseberry and flinty stone. Delightful aromatics! The palate is textured and acid driven with lime, grapefuit and a salty lemon tang. It is crisp, fresh and vibrant with plenty of energy and drive. There’s a tiny spark of new oak in the background that adds even more to the moreish quality of this seriously delicious bottle. It reminds me of a cross between St-Aubin and Puligny-Montrachet. Simply great value.
