Higher up the hill than Pucelles alongside Montrachet and adjoining Chevalier-Montrachet, Caillerets is always a great vineyard. More refined and less giving than Les Pucelles with white flowers, crushed stone and citrus notes. The palate is linear in the best way with a tremendous line of acidity adding freshness and huge length. Outstanding.
