Vinous: Stephen Tanzer
Complex nose hints at toasted bread, smoke, chalk and minerals. At once generous and steely, with lovely breadth for village wine. The citrus, crushed stone and mineral flavors carry through to the long, firm finish. This may be even better than the young 2008.
