Very bright and very dark garnet. Primary with serious fruit weight. There are notes of cherry, plum, spice and dark chocolate. Deep. Old vines. The finish is structured with ample tannins to suggest that this will age extremely well. A high level Bourgogne with weight and texture that you would expect from a Villages Gevrey-Chambertin. Try it!

From two parcels in the bottom of Gevrey - the best known is Grand Champs - partly was gamay but now all is planted with pinot
A nose of depth and energy - some impression of silk. Hmm, that’s big, mouth-filling wine, plenty of concentration. Tasty wine and with a good finish.
