100% pinot noir. Rich dark purple black - but the colours always are, here. Compared to the Passetoutgrains, the nose is fresher, the fruit is deeper, and the juiciness reigns supreme. The darkest of raspberries, tannins and acidity present but smothered by the density of the fruit. Tasted: December 2021
