Rich concentrated purple with a burst of energy on the nose. This has very good balance despite the ripeness of the fruit, has married its oak well and the structure does not interfere. Actually quite elegant in its way with floral touches. Long dense finish. Jérôme talks of dark chocolate notes but I do not find them invasive.
