Deeply coloured. A tight start to the aromas but then real class - width, muscle, a mineral impression but always with a purity and freshness. A little extra density but not fat. Here’s extra depth of flavour - a certain strictness but nothing hard. Extra melting flavour in this darkly fruited wine. If you will forgive - masculine - a wine of power and depth. Simply excellent.
