Les Vergers lies to the north of Chassagne. The soil is quite light with the rocky base close to the surface. In its youth it looks elegant but with a little age it builds into a wine of texture and finesse. It is a vineyard I like a look for its lovely balance. Amiot own 0.55 hectares with a vine age of 70 years.
