Chaumes is high on the hill on the way to St-Aubin. Jasper Morris MW says "This is an excellent source for vibrant and relatively complex white Chassagne, grown on light stony soil with a noticeable slope." Amiot have just 0.10 hectares of 80 year old vines making this a rare beast! That may explain why we don't have a tasting note. I wouldn't miss this one!
