Jasper Morris MW
A new cuvée as a result of a grape exchange, with 35% whole bunch vinification. Fine mid purple, this has an attractive immediate fruit with good density behind, a few wood tannins but certainly a fresh finish. Some dark fruit and liquorice notes come back behind, with five spice. Tasted: November 2019.
