Bright deep red. Very spicy nose with strong mineral notes and maraschino cherry. Some whole bunch adding additional complexity. The palate is rocky and refined with savoury elements contrasting with the cherry fruit. Long, fine and stylish.

30% whole bunch fermentation here. Slightly the darkest of the three colours, this is less exuberantly explosive than Clos des Chênes but has a tighter structure. Will take longer to come round.
