The sole white wine of the domaine is raised in large demi-muid barrels and bottled in October. The chardonnay grapes are planted in the part of En Sazenay with more clay in the soil.
Lemon and dried hay on the nose of this wine suggest both ripeness and freshness. The palate plumps for freshness and presents a serene and bright body, still with a flinty whiff of reduction.
