Jasper Morris MW
Vinified and matured in demi muids, racked and returned to the wood. Pale lemon and lime in colour. The nose is currently discreet, but suggests balance, some fruit weight, not especially crushed oyster in style. Slightly more, so on the palate and especially at the finish, but with the additional flesh of this location. Very persistent. Tasted: July 2020
