Jasper Morris MW
The vines were planted in 2008 and the grapes vinified in cement eggs, racked once and returned. The eggs enable slow fermentation at lower temperatures. Another pale colour with a little reductive touch to the nose. Kicks on nicely through the palate, offering white fruit with a saline touch at the back. Tasted: July 2020
