Clean, fresh red-black fruit on the nose. Very stylish for Gevrey with pure fruits and minerals rather than the rustic, earthy notes often seen at this level. There is refreshing acidity and the fine grained tannins hide behind the fruit adding structure and interest. This is a very good wine for the price.
