Darren Harris
The deepest colour of all the 2015’s which is to be expected. A brooding nose of dark fruits with kirsch and liquorice notes. The wine is full and powerful on the palate: compared to the other 2015’s this is still a little closed (very typical for Chambertin when young) but clearly has excellent material with more extract and what feels like a little whole bunch adding complexity. You can sense there is much more to come. Put this in the cellar and forget for a decade. Patience required!
