A really cool windy spot that is enjoying the global warming. Fresh purple with a beautifully balanced nose. A steely intensity of pure red fruit with the limestone hillside apparent in the finish. This style might have been shrill in cooler times, and remains attractively bracing now.

Chalky, racy and well-balanced, this has a hint of subtle oak, lacy tannins and engaging freshness. As good as many much more expensive Premiers Crus. (Drink between 2021-2028).
