Ooh, that’s fine. A nose of white flowers (acacia blossom) and citrus (grapefruit/lemon) and a backnote of spice/gunflint. The underlying acidity really lifts the aromatics. Really long and driven with citrus and white stone fruits on a medium bodied frame with just the right fruit weight to add texture and provide serious interest as the wine dances across the palate. Tingling salty lemon acidity on the finish. Vibrant and precise, this wine is all about finesse and freshness. Classic Puligny. A lovely bottle at a great price.
