Les Terres Blanches is even smaller - the total size being just 1.76 hectares. There are very few makers and even fewer owners. One notable being Pierre Morey, formerly of Domaine Leflaive, who purchased a parcel in 2006.
Tight, crystalline nose of orchard fruits (pear, fresh apple, greengage) and minerals. Very seductive. Lovely attack on the palate that opens to reveal white flowers and a gentle green apple-pie spiced character. The palate tingles with citric acidity. The wine is racy and the weight perfect. There is stony, chalky acidity running the length. Finesse!
