Pale yellow. Bright. Nose of lemon rind, salty lime and minerals. In the mouth the wine displays the same citrus and minerals with a back note of roasted nuts. The palate widens towards the finish leading to a saline, mineral-driven conclusion. Millot's wines always sparkle in appearance and flavour. They are fresh, balanced and delicious! This is no exception. Much of this cuvee comes from premium vineyards high on the cote - Les Vireuils and Les Clous - which provide the raciness and En Luraule at the north of the Meursault Premier Crus adding texture.
