Very deep garnet-purple in color, the 2010 Brookman Cabernet Sauvignon gives wonderfully expressive notes of crushed blackcurrants, black forest cake and eucalypt with nuances of licorice and tree bark. Full-bodied with an abundance of tightly knit black berry and earthy / savory flavors, it has a taut frame of firm grainy tannins and refreshing acid, finishing with very good persistence.
