70% Grand Cru et Premier Cru grapes; 40% Chardonnay - 50% Pinot Noir - 10% Pinot Meunier; 12% blended rosé Champagne; 30% reserve wines; Aged for 3 years on the lees; Dosage less than 9g/l. With impressive intensity and poise, yet retaining elegance, this is a refined and restrained rosé that juxtaposes chalk mineral texture with soft, fine phenolic structure and pretty rose hip, red cherry and pink pepper character. This base has been in the market for two years and is now showing its sensitivity, recently evolving rapidly to a medium salmon copper hue, with youthful red fruits rusting into orange, tamarillo, oregano and toast.
