Wine Spectator
Racy and pure, featuring cherry, currant, strawberry and tobacco notes tightly bound to a robust structure. The oak treatment comes through on the finish, where a spicy element emerges. Delivers fine balance and length, with characteristic Gevrey muscle. Best from 2022 through 2040.
James Suckling Tasting Report
Very complex and deep nose of super ripe forest berries and sous bois with fine vanilla oak. The palate is concentrated and elegant, in spite of the serious tannins and crisp acidity. Long and polished finish.

The 2017 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru is endowed with impressive intensity on a nose of blackberry, raspberry and scorched earth scents, becoming more floral with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, pure red cherry and crushed strawberry fruit and a caressing, sensual finish. Maybe one of the earlier-drinking Latricières, but wellcrafted and enjoyable.
