A beautiful, bright pink-red colour. So Chambolle. Then the nose - it is super aromatic - loaded with red berries, violets, soft baking spices, a hint of exotic musk. It is seductive - you know the wine is going to be great on the palate before you taste. And it is. The wine is refined, silky, alluring. The underpinning tannins are fine and play an important support act adding texture and length. This is quite simply a classic and gloriously aromatic Chambolle. This is the first vintage of this wine we have offered. I think we have been missing out!
